My wife is always trying to discover the best weight loss routine. Currently she is infatuated with Weight Watchers. She simply loves their system. You basically have a certain number of points per day, and you try to stay within your points. Now different foods and meals represent different points. Therefore a cheeseburger from the fast food restaurant down the street is going to have much more points than an apple.
