Q: What will DRES do for me?
A: The DRES Debt Relief Program enables our Members to dramatically reduce credit card and other unsecured debt at a significant discount compared with programs that simply extend payments, restructure them, or in many cases put the consumer further in debt. Our proprietary systems are unmatched in the industry and are designed specifically to achieve the best debt relief for all of our Members. Each DRES Member works with our highly trained Resource Center Liaison Team at no additional cost whatsoever. While our guarantee states that a member's credit card debt will be reduced by at least 75% of the debt owed before entering the program, our Members are pleasantly surprised to discover that their balances are reduced far more than this (The DRES Membership Agreement and the Terms and Conditions clearly explain and specify the process and guarantee).
In the majority of cases, the Member will likely find that they never make another payment on their cards, and that they have in fact used the laws in place to their ultimate advantage. The partnership between DRES and our Members has proven very effective for over 6 years in rebuilding a much brighter financial future for consumers, helping them to become debt free, and saving them substantial time and money in the process. DRES Members also have access to the most time-tested, successful credit repair process available; allowing our Members to "Take Back” the good credit score they deserve. Finally, our parent company, North American Educational Services (NAES), will introduce Members to the most cutting edge financial and health solutions in existence. These combined solutions are what make the team of Integrity Debt Options & NAES the best option for millions of Americans.
Q: How does The DRES Program work? How long will it take?
A: Based on years of results from Members who have successfully graduated from our program, the average Member now completes The DRES Process in about 12-18 months, although most members find that they are in the 12-month time frame (in many cases far less). While it is true that many credit card balances will be completely zeroed out, our members typically find that their average debt has been reduced by over 80%, which includes any/all costs of the DRES program, a level unmatched by any other company in the debt relief industry. This clearly represents the power of the DRES process!
Q: What can I expect from your company?
A: Since we, at Integrity Debt Options, work for YOU and not your creditors, you can expect that you will be told the truth every step of the way and that you and your family will not be alone. DRES allows you to stop making payments immediately, and it ensures your interests are served so that you are no longer under the adverse influence of a creditor during the completion of the debt relief process.
Q: Who can enroll in The DRES Program?
A: The DRES Program is designed for consumers who are struggling - or even unable - to meet the minimum monthly payments required to repay debt to their creditors; in fact, people just like you who want to avoid bankruptcy or consumer credit counseling programs. (However, it is not intended for consumers who simply desire to avoid their financial obligations, or who are only looking for debt consolidation.)
Q: I have found that some companies charge a considerable monthly fee for their services. This concerns me since there is no real incentive for them to end my debts. How does your company charge for its service?
A: Our program is set up with the incentive for us to end your debts quickly and completely. Unlike consolidation companies and so-called “consumer counseling agencies”, who keep a large percentage of your total savings, DRES is not compensated based on the amount you save. Companies that charge these kinds of fees rarely have their client’s best interests at heart.
We see this as a conflict of interest and we educate our members about the best possible options for their individual situation. To learn about the cost of DRES, please complete the Confidential Client Application and we will get back with you with all of the specific details - you will be amazed! - the cost is dependant upon the amount of debt you have and the number of accounts.
Q: After my order is processed, when can I expect delivery of the Debt Relief Educational materials?
A: Your package should arrive within five to ten business days from the date you join DRES and all initial papers have been approved and processed. However, you can begin the Debt Relief Process immediately and you will have access to the entire Resource Center Liaison Team who will guide you through every step of the process.
Q: I am a skeptic, how do I know this isn't a scam and how do I know that DRES really works?
A: The DRES process, as mentioned many times, has helped over 6,100 people in over 6 years. We have a long and convincing history of helping clients and their families and we are proud of this fact!
Our team here at Integrity Debt Options has successfully helped over 150 people in the last 2 years alone eliminate well over $5,500,000 of credit card debt without issue.
If you would like us to put you in touch with families that have already gone through the DRES process or have started recently, we would be happy to do so. This is one of our strongest selling points and many of our new clients are referred to us by satisfied members.
Q: How does DRES compare to debt consolidation or credit counseling companies.
A: Consolidation, credit counseling, and the majority of debt settlement companies promise to significantly reduce a consumer's debt or offer lower monthly payments, however the truth is that they are highly unsuccessful. In fact, we have found that in the vast majority of cases, consumers find out (the hard way) that most of the payments they have made to these companies do not go to the original creditor as they have been told, but instead remain with the company to cover their fees. Also, many do experience lower monthly payments, but this means that often times they will now be paying this amount for 30-40 years! The end result is that thousands of dollars in payments have in effect been wasted or are simply just covering the interest.
In addition, we have found that consolidation and credit counseling companies incorrectly tell their customers that once they sign up all of their cards will not be cancelled and their credit scores will not be damaged. When these events happen, consumers and shocked, disillusioned, and skeptical that anybody can really help them. With DRES, our members know that we treat each case individually, but our goal remains the same for everyone - to have the debt reduced to an absolute minimum amount through our proprietary debt relief and negotiation process.
Q: What if I have debt that is more than 2 years old; can I still use the process?
A: Absolutely! Time is not an issue. DRES has successfully helped hundreds of families already in this situation.
Q: Is there a balance limit for any unsecured debt that I wish to get relief from?
A: Yes, we have two basic programs from which to choose and a supplemental package if needed.
1. The DEBT RELIEF PACKAGE - which covers up to 5 cards and 18K of credit card debt.
2. The DEBT RELIEF PREMIUM PACKAGE - which covers up to 6 cards and 40K of debt.
3. BOOSTER PACK - which adds an additional 30K of debt and/or an additional 5 accounts.
For example, if you have 8 cards and $60K worth of debt that you want relief from, you will need to purchase the Debt Relief Premium Program and one Booster Pack. You may purchase additional Booster Packs if you require them and you have up to 60 days to add any Booster Packs.
Q: Will collectors call me at work or at home?
A: Federal and State laws prohibit collectors from contacting consumers at their place of employment. Use of our documents will put the collector on notice, thereby eliminating contacting you at work.
We also have cease and desist letters that will eliminate any creditors from contacting you at home. You have the right to handle this type of business exclusively through the mail and we will provide all of the education and documentation you need.
Q: Will I ever have to go to court?
A: There is always a chance of a creditor suing on an account and we will inform you of the banks that are historically more aggressive, but the percentage of people sued by creditors is small (historically about 5-10%, which is 1-2 out of 20 accounts). Sometimes court is the best way to get closure to an account, as it is probably the best forum to get the absolute lowest settlement and/or get full relief from the debt.
We have the support team in place to guide you through any situation that may arise from your debt relief process and we are committed to informing you that there is the potential of receiving a summons. DRES is the only company that we are aware of that provides complete Summons Education by a team of summons support experts that focus on one thing and one thing only - summons education & support!
Q: Does your company personally provide the DRES service or do you sell leads to other companies?
A: We are NOT a lead company and therefore we will never sell your information to anyone. Our parent company, North American Educational Services, personally & privately educates you every step of the way.
Q: As far as the Agents and Resource Center are considered, will they assist us throughout each step of the process? Are there any restrictions or limitations to their availability in helping us deal with each specific debt?
A: Your agent will be your first line of communication and support. The Resource Center Liaison Team is also available to help you with any questions and walk you through the entire DRES process. You will have access to our Resource Center Liaisons who will support you throughout the entire time at no additional cost! Their sole job is to ensure that you understand the process, are following the procedures, and guide you through each and every step.
You will also have access to our live daily Resource Center calls which is another piece of support that is in place to serve & guide you. Members are given a user name and password which gives them full access the members area and the complete DRES process.
Support for our members is the lifeblood of what we do and has earned us many many referrals from friends, business associates, and family members.
Q: So, how much can I expect my debt to be reduced by?
A: While we guarantee that we will reduce your credit card debt by at least 75%, there are a number of variables that prevent us from quoting exactly how low we can reduce your individual debt. We can tell you however, that in many cases we have seen a balance of only 10-20% left from the original debt. We would simply like to give you conservative estimates so that we can continue to "under-promise and over-deliver". We would rather you be pleasantly surprised when we are done, instead of disappointed because of unforeseen circumstances.
Q: What type of debts can be included in The DRES Program?
A: Only unsecured debts are allowed in the DRES Program, such as Visa, American Express, Discover and MasterCard. We also have solutions for other unsecured debt such as signature loans. Please speak to your Integrity Debt Options representative for more information so you can find out about your accounts and if they are eligible.
Q: I live in Canada. Would your information apply to me?
A: Currently we do not work with Canadian Consumers.
Q: Can I stop making payments once I begin the process?
A: All of the clients we have worked with have stopped their monthly payments immediately. Our experience has been that if you continue to pay the credit card company, they are less likely to resolve any dispute with you. You should also note that by law you have the right to withhold payment for the amount you are disputing once you initiate the dispute process and a credit card company cannot demand payment until the dispute is resolved.
Q: Once my credit card balance has been alleviated, can I still keep my credit card?
A: Once you have initiated a dispute or have stopped paying on an account for whatever reason, it is highly unlikely that the credit card company will allow you to keep the account open. However you may keep existing cards, or obtain new cards with any other banks if you so choose. Possibly, the same bank you use in the discharge process could offer you another card with them in the future.
You can pick and choose whichever account you would like to enter into the program. Your Integrity Debt Options representative will discuss an appropriate strategy for you and your family.
Q: How does this process affect your credit rating?
A: We can only speculate as to how creditors will respond to the process. In most cases, once payments cease, creditors do tend to report negative entries to a credit reporting agency. However, for those clients interested in reclaiming a good credit score, Integrity Debt Options is proud to be partnered with one of the leading and most experienced credit repair companies in America which will allow you to reclaim a good credit standing.
Q: If you are already behind on credit card payments will your approach still be effective?
A: The process works whether the accounts starts in good standing or they are already delinquent. We will inform you of the pertinent details and the NAES website and the Resource Center Liaisons can assist you with the appropriate letters that need to be sent.
Q: Can I go out and charge up all of my credit cards since I know that I can use this procedure to terminate all of the debt?
A: You must decide for yourself in good conscience what to do in this case. However, charging up debt when you know that you have no intention of paying can be considered by the courts as intent to commit fraud, which is a crime. Ideally, we would hope that you would use the knowledge you have learned to become financially free from the debt that already exists rather than accumulate more debt. We do not offer financial advice nor do we support the abuse of this education. All of our education is within 100% scope of the law.
