USA jobs are being lost at a staggering rate in recent years.Things certainly have changed and "The American dream has taken a BIG knock! Things just ain't what they used to be!

Studies on what's been happening with employment these past few years show increasingly,how USA jobsare under threat by world-wide trends,tecnology,immigration policy,illegal immigration, poor legislation, corporate practices and more.The net result of all of these factors has been down-sizing, closures, redundancies and many large organisations moving off-shore etc.

Changing trends in illegal immigration is affecting in USA and some other western countries where the requirements of job skills in industry and commerce change as computerisation takes over and robotics move in. Many blame the 'bean-counters' of the world as they justify reductions in labour to achieve increased profitability. There's been a "dumbing-down" of job skills to the extent that low-paid, low-skilled personnel get employed in USA jobs that have been de-skilled and de-rated in terms of hourly pay rewards.

America is going through a nightmare. with the loss of jobs a very real issue for all.
