Thanks for taking a few minute to learn more about me. I was born in India and moved to Uganda and did Senior Cambridge with Distinction and then moved back to India. I completed my B.S in Civil Engineering and moved to Chicago in 1976 and completed my M.S. in Environmental Engineering with Thesis at Illinois Institute of Technology, Chicago. I was the first to have completed my MS with Thesis in 3 semesters.

At the tender age of 23 years, I had so many opportunities and was selected to teach short courses for US EPA and Air Pollution Control Association. I have many publications to my name worldwide. I made a German company in Pittsburgh, over $10 million sales company in Air Pollution Control the very first year from scratch. I also sold over $40 million sales in Commercial and residential real estate in the State of Florida.

I am proud to say I am known throughout the industry as one of the first international call center developers to merge software and network consultancy, co-location services and management practices with the provision of campaigns for emerging centers. This "turnkey, franchise-like approach" allowed entrepreneurs with energy, capital and administrative abilities to "hit the ground running," and quickly achieve a positive revenue stream.

In 1998, I began migrating this proven model to India and the rest of the English speaking free world, and in the ensuing 24 months, opened a total of 2,400 agent positions throughout India, as well as in Jamaica, Ghana and the Philippines. I am recognized as one of the pioneering forces of the emerging international contact center industry, and one of American business's greatest proponents of the Indian center as a viable, long-term adjunct to North American based centers.

I also sold 2,000 + headsets for GN Telecon, 30 million minutes for MCI/Novatel and 7 ASP models in conjunction with Global Tele Systems a public Indian company. I am planning to introduce agent @ home in the Republic of Panama with Spanish Campaigns.
