First Step: LISTEN
A Personal Message from Me to You:
I have been online since 1990 and the LORD has led me to be active in the field of Online Business. I am all about the basics and making sure that the first things are done well before moving on. Over the years I have learned that one must do these steps in sequence to establish and maintain business viability online and off.
FIRST STEP: LISTEN
That may sound very elementary, and it is. Remember the first thing your teacher taught you? Listening and retaining information is a vital skill one must accomplish in order to be of real value to others. Also included here is READING text and VIEWING images. The internet is largely composed of content that we LISTEN to, READ, and VIEW. By not listening, reading and viewing, we quickly miss out on the valuable experiences of others and find ourselves in a position of "re-inventing the wheel". When we fail to listen to our prospects, we command them to take their business elsewhere and they will. The following exercizes should help you determine how good of a listener you are. Please note that thinking about your next course of action distracts you from truly listening.

SECOND STEP: TAKE ACTION
This also is a very basic function, but if it is neglected, no success can be realized in any degree. Failing to TAKE ACTION simply keeps one exposed to ALL the messages resulting in an unstable outlook where any message is believed and accepted making that person much like a lone raft drifting aimlessly at sea - maybe they will hit land, maybe they won't.
THIRD STEP: DO THE FIRST STEP
This is listed as an actual vital step because many people forget to persist in reading more and listening more once they have taken some action. In this world of "NOW" we are tempted to think that all we have to do is one action, one time, and we will get a lifetime of return. The greater truth is that we must maintain in being active in the first step and in the second step - back and forth - to really see viability come and stay for the long term.
